We offer a seasonal rental in Saint Philbert de Grand Lieu, 3km from town and its shops, 30min south of Nantes and 30min from the sea, in a village of 5 houses in the middle of fields and vineyards, including a fully equipped kitchen, large living room with 2 sofa beds, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and the other with 2 single beds, bathroom and a separate WC, utility room with washer and dryer and 4 bikes available as well as a wagon for children and baby kit.

Bed linens and towels are provided, free internet access. On a property of about 1,500m² including 2 BBQs, terrace with table and chairs as well as a pergola with bamboo garden furniture.

A private stable is located 30m from the house for the owners with possibility of a stall or meadow, a riding ring and track are also available.
